Hello
I trade for living. I am focusing mostly on trading Commodities on MCX. Occasionally I also trade Index futures on NSE. Most of my trades are done on Intraday basis.
Currently, I track Gold, Silver, Crude Oil & Copper Futures on MCX and Nifty & Bank Nifty Futures on NSE. My favourite tickers to trade are Copper and Bank Nifty Futures.
Over the period i have worked with many different mechanical trading systems. Done discretionary trading, tried out different methods based on charts patterns, volume profile, only price action and what not.
I have now settled down to using basic stuff, i use a candlestick chart and volume with a overlay of 20 period SMA. My trading decisions come off the price action on 5 minutes charts, the SMA is used as a reference for the price structure.
Trading is Simple, but the path to reach this understanding is difficult one, as one has to arrive at an emotional balance to experience this simplicity.
